The Mindset you need for Peak Performance and Happiness

So we know our purpose, we have a clear vision and goals, but what gets in the way of our success is our mind! This workshop shows you how to stop sabotaging yourself and create a success mindset.
What’s this event about?
Peak performance is a state when you are at your best, delivering results, feeling in the flow. While there are challenges, you’re able to overcome them and you feel ease and flow in your work and life.
Many say getting in a state of peak performance at work is about being motivated, developing the right habits, staying productive, and managing your energy.
However, despite our best intentions we often self-sabotage in the way we respond to challenges. We fall into patterns of stress, anxiety, self-doubt, frustration, shame, guilt and unhappiness.
The key is mental fitness; being able to weaken the internal voices (saboteurs) that generate all your negativity in response to challenges.
And at the same time strengthen the ‘sage’ part of your brain that handles challenges with positive emotions such as curiosity, creativity and calm, clear, laser-focused action.
In this workshop we will cover:
• What is mindset
• How we sabotage ourselves
• The sage perspective
• How to build the 3 core muscles to achieve peak performance and happiness

• All workshops will be interactive and FUN! Please show up online a few minutes early.

Ruth is a leadership and mental fitness coach passionate about supporting leaders and entrepreneurs to optimise their performance and happiness in their careers AND have a big impact.
She’s an ACC ICF accredited, an NLP practitioner and a PQ Mental Fitness Coach.
For years she was a high achiever who constantly pushed herself to achieve and deliver, but at the expense of her health, her happiness and wellbeing. What she’s learned through Mental Fitness is that you can improve your performance and results AND feel happier in many areas of life. If you build the mental muscles, you can have the ability to handle whatever challenges life/work throws at you without getting stressed and upset, resulting in improved performance, greater peace and wellbeing and better relationships. She wants that for you too.
