All of our WBN meetings are relaxed, informal and fun – we are a very supportive group where you can be yourself and ask for help.

Nicola is a Shamanic Practitioner who specialises in Shadow Work for Women helping professional women who are struggling with anxiety, stress, uncomfortable emotions and unhealthy repetitive patterns to break free from the ghosts of the past and experience their potential to live an authentic life full of power and freedom with a clear sense of purpose and inner confidence.
Nicola will be delivering her mini experiential workshop – Unlock Your Hidden Potential with Shadow Work – Master Your Emotional Triggers. Our emotional triggers are showing us where we are holding onto unconscious and unresolved wounding, trauma and conditioning that is limiting our potential and preventing us from relating with ourselves and others in a healthy and balanced way.
