I have previously run my own business and I have assisted with the running of several other businesses working closely with the CEO or MD to deliver to the strategy blending HR with other requirements.
I am commercially astute and I always strive to ensure that the team achieve their best whilst they are employed by the business. This has often involved making tough decisions, changing the organisational structure, making redundancies, supporting managers to develop their own skills and develop their teams.
Always with a smile and a friendly approach, but tough when the need arises. I have worked for Private Equity owned businesses, a range of SME’s and independent family owned businesses, all producing different challenges requiring me to think on my feet, roll my sleeves up and produce the most practical pragmatic solution.
